1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the facilities at Oxygen Fitness Wales, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Membership

2.1. All memberships are subject to approval by Oxygen Fitness Wales management.

2.2. Members must be at least 16 years of age. Those under 18 require parental consent.

2.3. Membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy.

3. Facility Usage

3.1. Members must follow all gym rules and regulations posted within the facility.

3.2. Proper athletic attire and footwear must be worn at all times.

3.3. Members are responsible for returning equipment to its proper place after use.

4. Health & Safety

4.1. Members participate in activities at their own risk.

4.2. We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise programme.

4.3. Members must immediately report any injuries or equipment issues to staff.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1. Respectful behaviour towards staff and other members is required at all times.

5.2. Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination will not be tolerated.

5.3. Photography or video recording of other members without consent is prohibited.

6. Liability

Oxygen Fitness Wales is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property. Members are advised to use the lockers provided and not leave valuables unattended.

7. Termination

7.1. Members may cancel their membership according to the terms of their membership agreement.

7.2. Oxygen Fitness Wales reserves the right to terminate membership for violation of these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
