I'm Joe, a 35 year old Level 3 Personal Trainer based at Oxygen Fitness in Cornelly. With years of training experience, I've transitioned to running my own business with passion.

How I Help

I've helped clients lose body fat with everyday meals and activity adjustments, offering 1-2-1 or online coaching.

My Passion

There is nothing more pleasing than seeing someone who enters a gym with anxiety, walking out with a smile on their face. The gym isn't a place you should fear, it's a place you should feel welcome.

I also run the circuit training and kids fit classes in the gym.
