What are your opening hours?
We're open Monday to Friday from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and weekends from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! We offer a complimentary day pass for first-time visitors. Contact us to book your free trial.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have free parking available for all members and visitors.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes, memberships can be frozen for up to 3 months per year for medical or travel reasons.
Do you have personal trainers?
Yes! We have certified personal trainers available for one-on-one sessions. Book through reception or our app.
Do you offer corporate memberships?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, direct debit, and cash payments. Monthly memberships are collected via direct debit.

Do you have shower facilities?
Yes, we have spacious changing rooms with private shower cubicles, lockers, and hairdryers available.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, our entire facility is climate-controlled for your comfort year-round.
How often is equipment maintained?
All equipment is inspected daily and undergoes professional maintenance monthly to ensure safety and performance.
Do you have a water fountain?
Yes, we have water fountains throughout the gym. We also sell drinks and supplements at reception.
Classes & Training
How do I book a class?
Classes can be booked through our app, website, or at reception. Premium members get priority booking.
What if I'm new to group classes?
All our classes welcome beginners! Our instructors provide modifications for all fitness levels.
How much is personal training?
Personal training starts from £30 per session, with package discounts available. VIP members get 4 sessions included monthly.
Can I bring my own trainer?
External trainers must be registered with us and hold appropriate insurance. There's a small fee for external trainer access.
Getting Started
What should I bring for my first visit?
Just bring workout clothes, trainers, a water bottle, and a towel. We'll provide a tour and help you get started.
Is there an induction process?
Yes, all new members receive a free induction including gym tour, equipment overview, and basic program design.
What age can I join?
Members must be 16+ to join. Those aged 16-17 need parental consent and have restricted hours (must leave by 7pm).
Can I try before I commit?
Absolutely! We offer a free day pass for first-time visitors. Book your trial through our contact page.

What's your cancellation policy?
Memberships can be cancelled with 30 days notice. No cancellation fees apply.
Do you have COVID-19 safety measures?
Yes, we maintain enhanced cleaning protocols, provide sanitizing stations, and ensure proper ventilation throughout.
What happens if I injure myself?
All staff are first-aid trained. We have a fully equipped first-aid station and clear emergency procedures.
Is there CCTV?
Yes, for safety and security, CCTV operates in all public areas (excluding changing rooms).
